Policies:

  • Rates are based on double occupancy.
  • Single rate is $99 / night downstairs and $79 / night upstairs
  • The Inn Keeper's Suite is only available at a double occupancy rate.
  • Taxes are not included in room rates.
  • Home and grounds may be rented for special events.
  • Check in is 4 PM unless otherwise arranged with the innkeepers.
  • Check out is 11 AM unless otherwise arranged with the innkeepers.
  • Reservations guaranteed with a credit card can be cancelled without penalty prior to 48 hours of check in time.
  • Guest parking is behind the house on the lake side.
  • Disabled parking and access ramp is in front driveway. Arrangements can be made with the innkeeper to park there for more than just check in and luggage drop off if needed.
  • No pets allowed
  • No smoking inside the house. A designated smoking area is available.
